摘要 在总结以往多元化战略划分方法的基础上 ,提出一种基于企业核心能力的多元化战略划分方法 。 Based on the synthesis of the traditional classification methods of diversification strategies, this paper presents a new kind of classification method, which is analyzed and evaluated by some practical cases.
