摘要
利用超音速气体雾化法制备 Al- 17Si- 6 Fe- 4 .5 Cu- 0 .5 Mg合金粉末 ,借助 X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)对粉末态合金表面氧化和吸附特性进行了研究 ,并对粉末表面层结构进行了分析。结果表明 :粉末表面氧化主要以 Al和 Mg元素的氧化为主 ,氧化层成分主要为 Al2 O3,Al (OH) 3和 Mg O,而合金中的 Si,Fe及 Cu元素很少氧化 ;除此之外 ,在粉末表面化还吸附一层含 Cl元素的碳氢有机化合物污染层 ,测定表明粉末表面氧化层和吸附层总厚度约为 2 nm。
Powders of Al 17Si 6Fe 4 5Cu 0 5Mg alloy were prepared by ultrasonic gas atomization process By means of XPS, oxidation and adsorption characteristics of the powder surface were studied and constructions of the surface layer of the powder were analyzed The results showed that Al and Mg elements in the powder surface were oxidated chiefly,forming Al 2O 3, Al(OH) 3 and MgO However,Si, Fe and Cu elements were hardly oxidated In addition a contamination layer of hydrocarbon containing Cl element was adsorded on the surface of the powder The total thickness of oxidation and adsorption layers was about 2nm through determination
