摘要
本文阐述了激光与薄膜相互作用机理,提出了一种薄膜的激光损伤阈值定义——光学击穿阈值,该定义较现行的判别定义更为客观;给出了数种样品在此两种定义下的测试与比较结果.
The machanism of laser-induced damage to thin-film is described in this paper, and a definition of laser breakdown threshold to thin-film, optical breakdown threshold, ispresented. The new definition is clearer than that existing one.The measurement results and comparison for various samplesare given on the baicis of the two above--mentioned definitions.
