网上交易是网络时代证券交易方式发展的必然趋势。结合国外的实际经验和中国的具体国情,分析了网上交易这一科技发展的产物对于中国证券市场特别是证券公司的影响,并对于网上交易新体制下的竞争策略提出了几点看法。
