增燃速火药的弹道解法及应用

摘要 本文以钝化火药为典型,从理论和实践上研究了火药表面经化学处理后,燃速呈渐增型的增燃速火药的应用.建立了适用于此类火药的弹道计算方法,解法中引入了两个描述表面处理特征的参量,提出了用实验手段确定特征参量的方法.并且将这种火药应用在某30mm口径的火炮上,使其弹道性能得到了大幅度提高,与八十年代国外装备的同类先进火炮相比,在弹重、药室容积、最大压力、身管长度等弹道条件相同的情况下可达到相同的初速水平. The application of the gun propellants withprogressive burning rate was investigated both theoretically andpracticallv, whose surface laver was deterred chemically, the co-rresponding ballistic solution method was established in. whichtwo parameters characterizing the deterred layer were introduced.The experimental method to determine the two parameters wassuggested. Test firing was performed in 30mm gun. The muzzlevelocity was significantly raised to the leved of the most advanc-ed gun of same caliber in western world in the condition that q,W_o and P_m kept the same.
