摘要
本文定量分析了高压气淬工艺中充气冷却淬火阶段的热传递过程.首先建立了淬火炉传热模型,研究了气体循环冷却时的传热规律;其次计算了急冷过程中标准形状工件的热传递及温度变化的数学规律;最后举例说明了热传递计算的实际应用。
In this paper, the heat transfer during gas filling and cooling in the high pressure gas quenching is quantitatively analysed. At first, a heat transfer model of the quenching furnaces is set up and heat transfer principle during the gas circulating and cooling is studied. Then the heat conducting and temperature variation of the standard shape workpiece in the cooling process are calculated. At last, an application example of heat transfer calculating is given.
