摘要
令R为有限交换局部环,K为其剩余类域,令|K|=q.本文研究了R上辛群Sp2nR和正交群O2nR的Carter子群的存在性及结构,并给出R上正交群O2nR在q≡-1（mod 4）情况下的Sylow 2-子群的正确描述.
Let R be a finite commutative local ring and K the residue field of R. In the present paper, the authors studied the existence and the structure of Carter subgroups of symplectic groups Sp2nR and orthogonal groups O2nR over R and gave a correct description of Sylow 2- subgroups of O2n R in the case of q≡ -1 (mod 4).
