摘要
本文利用Bi-PASA方法研究了梅山猪ob基因的 3714位点多态性与繁殖性能的相关。ob基因经Bi-PASA扩增以后出现 3个条带 ,表现为 3种基因型 (AA型、AB型和BB型 ) ,两个等位基因A和B。经方差分析检验 ,AA型母猪的产仔数显著低于AB型和BB型个体的产仔数 (P <0 .0 5 ,10 .4头与 11.7和 11.6头 )。而AA型仔猪生后生长速度显著高于AB型和BB型 (P <0 .0 5 ,4 .5 5 3kg与 4 .0 4 4t4 .0 4 3,2 0日龄 ;7.6 2 1kg与 6 .6 0 4和 6 .6kg ,35日龄 ) ,试验猪群ob基因处于平衡状态 。
The correlation between the polymorphisms of OB gene(3714 site)and the reproduction performance in Meishan pig was studied by means of Bi PASA in this paper.There are two alleles (A and B)and three genotypes(AA?AB and BB)in OB gene.Variance analysis reveals that the litter size of AA types is significantly lower(P<0.05)than that of AB types and BB types.The results indicate that the AA types are significantly lower in reproduction performance(P<0.05,10.4 Vs 11.7 and 11.6),but higher in growth(P<0.05,4.553kg Vs.4.044 and 4.043 on 20 day,7.621kg Vs.6.604 and 6.6Kg on 35 day).The OB gene frequencies(0.4155 and 0.5845)show they are in balance,which indicate the performance in this study may not be result from the variance of the 3714 site on OB gene.
