在 2 2℃水温下 ,通过对皱纹盘鲍卵子受精时间的实验 ,测定不同受精时间所对应的受精率及孵化率。结果表明 ,皱纹盘鲍卵子的受精时间不同 ,对其受精率、孵化率有显著影响 ,其最适的受精时段是
On the basis of the study of insemination time of Haliotis discus hannai's eggs,the water temperature is 22 ℃,we got different fertility rate and different hatching rate at different insemination time.The conclusion is that different insemination can effect fertility rate and hatching rate broadly at this condition.The suitable insemination time is in two hours.
