甘蓝型油菜种子无机磷含量变异的初步分析 被引量:5

摘要 以微量比色法对 10 0个甘蓝型油菜品种的种子无机磷含量进行初步检测 ,发现不同甘蓝型油菜品种之间种子无机磷含量存在一定变异。大部分品种的成熟种子中无机磷含量为 0 .2~ 0 .4 μg/ g ,有 2个品种的无机磷含量达到 0 .7μg/g ,1个品种超过 1.1μg/ g。 In this paper, 100 varieties of B.napus were analysed for inorganic phosphorus contents by micro colorimetric determination. The result showed that some variances for inorganic phosphorus level were existed among different rapeseed varieties. The contents of inorganic phosphorus were 0.2-0.4μg/g in most of mature seeds, two out of them were more than 0.7μg/g, and one achieved 1.1μg/g.
