摘要
本文报道麦根腐平脐蠕孢Bipolaris sorokiniana(有性型为Cochliobolus sativus)人工诱导形成子囊座,并获得该菌A和a两种不同交配型。子囊座形成的最佳条件是:以麦秆浸汁琼脂为培养基(pH6—6.5)。以透析袋为培养基物,24℃培养1周,移至20℃培养2周。培养中光照不是重要因素。在无培养基物的培养基上不形成子囊座。对不同地区、不同寄主植物上麦根腐平脐蠕孢72个菌株交配型测定结果,两个不同交配型在自然界分配比例为1:1,交配型菌株的分布与地理、寄主植物的差异无相关性。
In this study, isolates of two mating types of Bipolaris sorokiniana (Teleomorph: Cochliobolus sativus) -F J-1 (mating type a) and 2-20 (mating type A) were employed to study the biology of the sexual reproduction. It showed that the optimum conditions for formation and maturation of ascostroma were: isolates of two mating types were cultured on wheat (barly) straw decoction agar (adjust to pH6. 0—6.5) including dialyzing membrane as a substrate. Firstly, cultures were incubated for 7 days at 24℃, then for 14 days at 20℃ Light had no apparent effect on the induction of ascostroma. It did not form on the media without any substrate. In addition, the mating types of 72 isolates of B. sorokiniana from different areas and different host plants were determined, it showed the prevalence of both A and a mating types, and determinations of sex reaction in isolates from field collections revealed no geographic and host limitation of different mating type isolates.
