摘要
本研究以系统论为基础 ,提出构建城市医疗服务网络布局发展的理论、模型、布局优化以及提高系统功效的途径、方法 ,以实现城市医疗卫生资源的布局、规模 ,以统筹规划 ,合理配置。
Basing on systematic analysis, the authors presented the theory, pattern and optimum methods to establish the distribution pattern of urban medical services net. Thus, the urban health resources would be allocated reasonably.
