摘要 本文在评估分析国内外补充医疗保险发展状况的基础上,对补充医疗保险的性质和功能进行探讨,并提出城镇职工补充医疗保险的框架体系和发展策略的初步设想。 Analyzing the development of complementary medical insurance at home and aboard, the authors discussed the characters and functions of it. The strategy and system of developing complementary medical insurance in urban employees were presented primarily.
