摘要
采用五因子五水平正交旋转二次回归组合设计 ,通过多因子田间试验和计算机模拟选优 ,提出了优质棉“GM1 2”高产、优质、高效的两套优化栽培方案。其中方案 1为 :种植密度 3 1 50 0株 hm2 ,施用尿素 562 .5kg hm2 、1 2 %钙镁磷肥 795kg hm2 、氯化钾3 52 .5kg hm2 ,果枝 1 8层。其目标是皮棉产量达 1 80 0kg hm2 ,纤维的长度、细度、强度达优质标准 ,经济效益达 450 0元 hm2 。根据优化方案 ,并结合生产实际 ,提出了“GM1 2”
By orthogonal and rotatable quadratic regressive combination design (five factors × five levels), the multiple factor experiment was conducted in the field, the experimental data were analyzed by computer simulation, and two culture schemes for high yield, quality and high benefit of quality cotton 'GM12' were put forward. Scheme No.1 is described as follows: plant density being 31 500 plants/hm\+2, applying 562.5kg/hm\+2 urea, 795kg/hm\+2 12% fused calcium magnesium phosphate and 352.5kg/hm\+2 potassium chloride, maintaining 18 layers of fruit branch. The goal of this scheme is obtaining over 1 800kg/hm\+2 lint, over 4 500 yuan/hm\+2 economic benefit and quality cottony fibre with qualified length, thin degree and strength. According to above optimum scheme and productive practice, the key culture technique of 'GM12' was raised.
