摘要
低温 10℃贮存 6个月后 ,重复吸水 -回干处理有提高小麦种子活力的作用。但高温 35℃贮存 6个月后 ,除 1次浸泡 2h或 4h的处理外 ,其他处理随浸泡时间的延长和浸泡次数的增加 ,种子活力明显下降。两种温度贮藏后 ,整粒种子的过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶谱带变化处理与对照间均无明显差异。电导率、可溶性糖、氨基酸和紫外光密度 4项种子渗漏物测定指标中 ,可溶性糖含量与种子活力密切相关。最终筛选出一个非破坏小麦种子活力的监测方法 ,即 :小麦种子浸泡 2h或 4h后 ,种子在室温下经适当干燥至原含水量后可继续保存 。
Successive hydration dehydration treatment improved the vigor of wheat seed after storage for 6 months under 10 ℃.But after storage for 6 months under 35 ℃,the vigor of wheat seed had no significant difference from control only in the treatment of soaking for 2 h or 4 h and then dehydration.While in other treatments the vigor of wheat seed was remarkably reduced as the prolong of hydration time and the increase of times.Enzyme activity of peroxidase and easterase had no difference between the control and treatment in whole seed after storage under 10 ℃ and 35 ℃.In the parameters of electroconductivity,soluble sugar,amino acid and optical density,there was a significant negative relationship between vigor and soluble sugar.It is concluded that the seed after soaking for 2 h or 4 h can be stored by drying back to initial moisture and the vigor of wheat seed was determined by soluble sugar of leakage of seed solutes.
