摘要
针对在开放的、动态的、复杂的Web环境下企业设备采购活动的复杂性,提出一种新的基于Web和Agent的企业设备招投标系统体系结构,目的在于使企业设备招投标过程智能化,为企业,尤其是缺乏资金的中小企业尽快步入电子商务领域提供有效手段。
In the light of the complexity of purchase activity under the open, dynamic and complicated web environment, this paper puts forward a new framework of enterprises equipment bidding system based on web and agent. The purpose of the paper is to make the process of enterprises equipment bidding more intelligent. The system discussed in this paper is an efficient method for the enterprises, especially the middle and small enterprises which lack fund, doing business electronically.
