摘要
本文在分析直热炉燃烧过程中的偏流成因和处理手段的基础上 ,提出模糊控制方案 ,该方案实施后偏流问题得到了彻底的解决。此外本文提出采用离散模糊控制器的新方法 ,完全可以解决其它流体的流量分配控制系统运行中的偏流问题。
On basis of analyzing the cause of uneven flux and solving methods in a Direct Heater Syatem,this paper presents a design conception of the fuzzy control,according to which the problem of uneven flux is solved thoroughly.A new method adopting discrete fuzzy control,which can solve uneven flux of other liquid in the control system of flux distribution,is also presented.The running results show that the conception is reasonable and valid.
