摘要
首先分析了采用.和标准实现数字视频监控系统的不足,提出基于的数字视频监控系统的设计思想。然后详H261MPEG-1MPEG4细讨论了实现中的两个关键技术:编码和可扩展编码。最后给出了基于的数字视频监控系统的实现。
This paper firstly puts forward a design idea of video surveillance system based on MPEG4, after analyzing the shortage of that based on H.26 and MPEG-1,then discusses two vital techniques of the design in detail:the Sprite coding and scalable coding.Finally itintroduces the implementation of the digital video surveillance system based on MPEG4 ;;;
