摘要
本文介绍了放射性固体废物旋风焚烧处理的可行性研究。根据试验 ,确定了旋风焚烧炉的结构形式。试验结果表明 ,在给定的工艺操作条件下 ,如进口风速≥ 30 m/ s、总风量≥ 2 10 Nm3 / h,废物经过适当破碎与混合的情况下 ,塑料、橡胶含量高达 4 0 %的混合固体废物可实现完全燃烧 ;这种焚烧炉具有炉体结构简单、容积热强度高、无需外加燃料预热和助燃、料层中不会出现架桥和熔漏现象、废物前处理相对简单。
Feasibility study of cyclone incineration treatment for radioactive solid waste is introduced in this paper. The structure of cyclone incineration furnance is defined according to test results. The results show: under given conditions of technology: i.e., inlet flowrate ≥30 m/s, total volume ≥210 Nm 3/h, the mixed solid material with more than 40% of plastics and rubber can completely be incinerated after suitable smash and mixing. The advantages of the furnance are: simple structure, high strength of volume heat, no preheating and combustion supporting of asistant fuel, bridging and melt leak can be avoided in the stuff. The pretreatment of solid waste is simple, and a little amount of non combustible substance in the waste can be allowed. (
