摘要
在线分析仪表在氧化铝生产中能够连续、自动检测矿浆液固比、生料浆水分、种分料浆固含、蒸发冷凝水电导率和pH值等参数 ,应用十分广泛。本文着重介绍了密度计、工业电导仪、pH计以及其它在线分析仪表在氧化铝生产中的应用现状 。
The on line analytical instruments are widely used in the production of aluminium oxide for the continuous and automatic measurement of various parameters, such as ratio between liquor and solid in bauxite slurry, water content in raw material slurry, solid in seeding precipitation slurry, and the conductivity and pH of condensate water after vaporization. The applications of densimeter, industrial conductometer, pH meter and other on line analyzers in the production of aluminium oxide are described. The problems worth attention in the process of application and the prospect and improvement of on line analytical instruments are discussed.
