摘要
运用大型通用有限元程序 ANSYS对高速线材轧机减速器中间轴的断裂事故进行了分析 ,找出了齿轮轴断裂的原因 。
Making use of the large general purpose finite element program software,ANSYS,the author analyzes the mid axis′ fracture in the reducers in some high speed wire mill,and find out the reason why the gear wheel shaft causes the problem.In the end,some measures are put forward for improving the situation.
