摘要
采用 ANSYS有限元软件的结构分析模块对剪切机机架进行了三维应力变形分析 ,找出了其薄弱环节 ;并对机架应力进行实际测试 ,经比较 。
A three dimensional stress and deformation analysis has been done using the structural module of finite element analysis software ANSYS.The weak parts have been found out;the practical test of the stress in the housings has been carried out.By comparison,the results of the finite element analysis and the practical test are inosculated with each other.
