犯罪动机是刺激犯罪人实施犯罪行为的内心冲动或内心起因。犯罪人的需要是犯罪动机产生的基础或前提 ,犯罪动机是犯罪人需要的意识化。犯罪目的与犯罪动机有着密切的联系 。
Criminal motive is the internal causes that stimulate offender to commit a crime. Offender's need is the premises that bring about criminal motives.between criminal goals and motives there are not only close relations but also distinct difference.
