摘要
针对我国高校科技期刊编辑队伍的现状 ,探讨编辑环境和编辑人员的基本需要、健全的机制及合理的编辑结构配置等因素对高校科技期刊编辑队伍可持续发展的影响 ,认为实现高校科技期刊编辑队伍可持续发展必须正确认识高校科技期刊 ,给高校科技期刊一个准确的定位 ;大力改善办刊环境 ,稳定编辑队伍 ;鼓励正确的发展 ,提高编辑人员的素质 ;加强编辑学学科专业建设 。
In view of current situation of the editorial staff of scientific journals of our country,this paper probes into the editorial environment and the staff's basic needs,researches into the factors affecting their retainable development,such as perfect system and reasonable allocation of editors,urges the correct understanding of scientific journals of higher institution,and offers some strategies to guarantee the retainable development of the editorial staff of scientific journals of higher institution,which include improving the running conditions,stablizing the editorial staff,improving the quality of editors,strengthening the construction of discipline,attaching importance to the training of editorial successors,etc.
