摘要
在分析金融全球化及加入世贸组织对我国商业银行银行体制及银企关系产生影响的基础上 ,提出商业银行经营变革的思路 :1 提供基础业务保证 ,加快业务创新 ,调整经营结构 ;2 调整银行角色 ,做客户强大的后盾 ;3 致力科技投资 ,实现金融网络化和金融服务现代化 ;4 加强内部标准化管理 。
On the basis of analyzing finance globalization and influences on the banking system of the commercial banks in our country and bank enterprise relationships as China's entry into WTO, this paper puts forward some suggestions of commercial bank running innovation:1.Provide fundamental business support,fasten business innovation,adjust running structure.2.Adjust banks' roles to act as customer's powerful support.3.Devote to scientific investment,construct finance network and bring about modernization of finance services.4.Enhance internal standardized administration to make the banking services meet the international standard.
