The most investment analysis does not include factors such as human resource,firms productivity,long term market perspective, etc.Ouing to the difficulties in assessment, the results of analysis may be biased.The application of fussy subsets method offers a capable solution to this problem.This essay analyses and calculates comprehensive competence of listing cement manufacturers of China before 2001 via index system, that is, constructing,data processing,function forming, and mathematics calculating.
