摘要
强化素质训练是高教改革和知识经济信息时代对培养现代工程人才所提出的要求。本文总结了近年来在学生工程综合素质训练方面取得的一些成果 ,教学实践表明 :通过对生产实习的教学改革 ,进一步强化实践训练 ,增强工程意识 ,培养创新能力 ,全方位提高学生的工程综合素质。
There is a great need of strengthening quality training to cultivate competent engineers in higher education reformation and information age of intellectual economy. This paper summarizes some accomplishments in aspects of student's engineering quality training.Education practice indicates that the reformation of teaching in producive practice can strengthen quality training, gather head engineering consciousness,cultivate innovative ability,and improve student's engineering quality all around.
