虚拟企业是一种全方位虚拟的“企业” ,是一种特殊的企业联盟 ,它有使社会资源优化配置、快速获取竞争优势、获取规模经济和减弱风险等作用 ,其运行机制有研发、生产、销售、服务全部虚拟化等特点。
The so-called virtual enterprise is a virtual 'business entity' in all the respects. As a special business coalition, it can facilitate an appropriate distribution of the social resources, and play the roles like occupying a superior position in competition, arriving in a widespread economy, and lessening a variety of risks. Its functioning mechanism is of development, production, sales, and service all in a virtual way.
