摘要
我国企业经营诚信缺失问题 ,与信息不对称的有限博弈、国有企业产权不清、打击力度不到位、部分官员不正确的政绩意识等因素有关 ,它已经成为制约我国企业国际竞争力的一个重要因素。面对中国企业经营中存在的种种诚信缺失的问题 ,我们的当务之急是要采取有效措施 。
The problem of honest management delinquency usually relates to the factors such as limited gaming with information asymmetry,ambiguous SOE property right,insufficient penalty of honest breach,some officials' incorrect attitude towards political achievement and so on.It has become an important factor constraining the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.There exist various kinds of dishonest behaviors in the current management of Chinese enterprises.Therefore,it's urgent for us to take effective measures to restore honest management in China.
