摘要
我国取消了原来对进出口经营资格实行的审批制度 ,改为实行登记和核准制。本文分析了这一改革给国有专业外贸公司带来的不利影响以及目前公司自身存在的主要问题 。
China has canceled the original examine and approve system for operation qualification of imports and exports and implemented the register and approve system. This paper analyzes the negative effect that this reform brings to the state owned specialized foreign trade companies and the primary problems that those companies have. Meanwhile, the responding measurements for these companies to develop continually are given in this paper.
