摘要
德治与法治从来都是治理国家的手段 ,本文以马克思主义的立场观点和方法 ,辩证看待“道德失范”问题 ,指出道德建设需要有效制度的供给 ,道德规范确立的标准 ,并分析传统道德教育的不足 ,由此提出了改进的意见。
Ethically governing and legally governing have been the tow main means of governing a state.By the means of Marxism position and methodology, this article dialectically views the problem of 'ethical abnormality',points out that the ethics building needs the offering of effective system and the criteria of ethics norm establishment, reasons the drawbacks of the traditional ethics education, and hence puts forward the improvement suggestions.
