摘要
影响企业家产生与发展的社会环境因素极为复杂。应思考政治稳定,政策理性,完善法律体系,公平竞争环境,高效规范服务体系、深刻文化底蕴等社会环境因素。营造最有利于企业家发展的"土壤"环境。
Social condition impacting on entrepreneur generation and development is a complex problem. By means of combination method of history and realism, this paper analyses the influence and obstacle, referring to steady and rational politics?integrated law system?disinterested competition condition?efficient and normative service system and profound culture background, and attempts to give some helpful and constructive suggestion that will be beneficial to the entrepreneur generation and development.
