摘要
采用环境扫描电子显微镜观测混凝土试块的骨料与水泥石界面 ,试块包括普通混凝土、仅掺粉煤灰的混凝土和同时掺粉煤灰、膨胀剂的混凝土 ,同时利用图像处理软件对扫描电镜图像进行定量研究 ,发现掺入粉煤灰后界面性能有一定的改善 ,而掺入膨胀剂则能显著改善界面性能。说明适量的膨胀剂可以有效减少混凝土的初始缺陷。
In the study of the interface between aggregate and cement grout in concrete including ordinary concrete,concrete with fly ash and concrete with both fly ash and expansive agent with Scanning Electron Microscope,as well as the quantiative study of analyzing the SEM photos with computer, we find that the structure of the interface of concrete will be improved when ash is added to it ;the structure will be improved more when expansive agent is also added to it .It shows that adding a certain amount of expansive agent can effectively reduce the original deficiencies of concrete.
