摘要
分析了当前供暖收费标准的不合理性 ,指出水平串联方式可实现对用户供热的独立控制 ,做到按用热量收费 ,解决了收费不合理的问题 。
In this paper the irrationality of present heating charging standards is analyzed. At the same time the horizontal one-pipe system is proposed, which can realize the independent control for heating and charge according to heat consumption. This system solves the unreasonable problems in charging and is convenient to pipeline maintenance and indoor decoration.
