摘要
为了证实一种新型男性节育用谐振腔体式微波治疗机对机体免疫功能是否存在不良影响,本文以该机谐振腔体微波辐射小鼠睾丸,使阴囊表面升温达39±0.5℃,并以抗羊红细胞抗体效价(HAT)为指标观察免疫功能.结果表明,应用该机辐射小鼠睾丸剂量达抗生育强度时,对机体免疫功能无明显影响,与普通喇叭形天线微波治疗机(对免疫有各种不同程度的影响)相比有明显的优越性.
In order to clarify the existence of unhealthy effect on immune function following testis treatment by a new type of microwave thermal therapeutic machine within a resonant cavity, mouse testes were irradiated in the cavity by maintaining the temperature of the scrotum surface at 39±0.5℃ for 20 min, then HAT tests were carried out following irradiation. The result showed that as compared with sham-irradiated animals, no effect on immune function was observed. It is concluded that the new machine with a resonant cavity is much more superior to the common microwave thermal therapeutic machine with a horn antenna for male contraception, by which the immune system is often affected obviously (because of the influence on the other parts of the body during whole body exposure).
