摘要
通过对新疆野生黑加仑和野生马林的脂肪油 ,8种微量元素 ,1 7种氨基酸以及维生素 C的含量进行测定得出 :黑加仑脂肪油含量为 1 7.9% ,马林的脂肪油含量为 2 2 .3 % ,其中 ,黑加仑脂肪油中 ,r-亚麻酸的含量为1 9.0 2 % ,而马林中 ,其含量为 9.40 % .黑加仑中 K,Na,Ca,Cu,Zn,Fe的含量比马林中的含量高 ,而 Mn,Mg元素的含量却比马林含量低 ;马林的维生素 C含量为 1 6.2 2 mg/g,黑加仑的含量为 1 0 8mg/g,黑加仑的氨基酸的总量为 1 .63 % ,马林为 1 .1 4% .
In this article it has been analyzed that the composition of seed oil.mineral trace elements.vitamin C and amino acids in black current and saxifraga.The portion of seed oil in natural black current is 17.9%,In saxifraga it is 22.3%.The linolenic acid composition in natural seed oil is 19.024%.It is 9.40%.In black current,the quantity of K,Na,Cu,Zn and Fe in natural black current is more than in saxifraga,but the quantity of Mn and Mg in black current is less than in saxifraga.In black current,the proportion of Vitamin C is 108.7mg/g,and in saxifraga it is 16.22mg/g.17 amino acids in black current and saxifraga are separated.In black current,it is 1.63%.In saxifraga,it is 1.14%.
