摘要
就剑杆织机上织造经丝及其断头的表面形貌进行了观察分析,结果表明:经丝在织造过程中会逐步形成各种裂纹,但能导致经丝断头的裂纹仅为极少数;通常,织机综框区的断头是疲劳断头,其中完全松散断头约占20%,不完全松散断头约占80%,综前区的断头主要是冲断头,约有60%的断头是由于开口不清剑杆头冲断所致。
The morphology of the warp and its end breakings during weaving on rapier looms are observed and analysed.It is shown that in the process of weaving many sorts of cracks are being formed on the warp surface,but only a very few of them will result in end breakings;that,generally,the end breakings extensively distributed over the harness region are caused by fatigue,comprising 20% completely loose end breakings and 80% incomple- tely loose end breakings;and that the major end breakings in the region in front of the harness are dash end breakings,of which about 60% are caused by rapier head dashing due to shed clinging.
