摘要
目的 :评估麻醉药品的应用情况。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年至 2 0 0 1年住院及门诊麻醉药品的消耗数据进行数量和临床应用分析。结果 :共收集处方 15 5 30张 ,常用药物 4种 ,使用频度最大的是哌替啶针 ;年消量最大的是芬太尼针。结论 :麻醉药品使用基本合理 。
Objective To evaluate the situations of narcotic drugs used in our hospital. Methods We made an analysis on the quantity and clinic application of narcotic drug used in in-patients and clinic patients during 2000 to 2001 period. Results There were 15 530 prescriptions and four kinds of narcotic drug used often,which were collected. The top frequency of use was pethidine, and the most consumption per year was fentanyl. Conclusion It was rational of clinic application of narcotics, but the use volume was less in later cancer patients.
