摘要
本文结合 GD101-A-94络丝机墙板的结构特点与精度要求,对纺机墙板类零件的加工,采用一次安装、多工位加工、多点浮动夹紧等工艺措施,在保证零件精度的前提下,提高了生产率,减轻了劳动强度,降低了成本。
By referring to the structural characteristics and precision requirements of the silk winder GD101-A-94,technical measures for the processing of the mule wall,such as one time erection,multiposition processing and multipoint floating gripping,are taken to ensure high precision,with the result of increased productivity,decreased labour intensity and reduced production cost.
