摘要
目的 介绍一种改良LeFortⅠ经上颌入路用于切除颅底中线区肿瘤。方法 使用LeFortⅠ经上颌入路和显微外科技术切除斜坡、鼻咽部和筛蝶窦广泛生长的 8例巨大颅底肿瘤。结果 5例全切除 ,3例次全切除 ,临床症状得到改善 ,无严重并发症。结论 LeFortⅠ经上颌入路可以充分暴露和安全、有效地切除斜坡。
Purpose: To introduce a modified Le Fort I transmaxillary approach for removing tumors at central cranial base. Methods: Eight patients with huge extensive central tumors such as clival region, nasopharynx, ethmoidal sinus and sphenoidal sinus were treated by the Le Fort I transmaxillary approach and microsurgery technique. Results: Total resection was achieved in 5 cases, and subtotal resection in 3 cases. Preoperative symptoms were improved in all patients, and no severe post-operative complication was produced. Conclusions: The Le Fort I transmaxillary approach may offer an extensive exposure and surgical approach for the tumors of the central cranial base.
