摘要
目的 :探讨Raz术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法 :应用经阴道膀胱颈悬吊术的Raz术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁 13例。结果 :随访 6个月～ 3年 ,13例中 10例治愈 ,1例Ⅱ型者部分有效 ,2例Ⅲ型者无效。无明显手术并发症。结论 :Raz术式是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的一种理想方法。
Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic efficiency of the Raz's operation in female stress incontinence. Method:13 cases of female stress incontinence were treated by the transvaginal needle bladder neck suspension.Result:During the follow-up of 6 to 36 months ,10 cases were cured and 1 case of type Ⅱ incontinence was improved and 2 cases of type Ⅲ were not improved. No surgical complication was observed. Conclusion:The Raz's operation was an effective method for the treatment of female stress incontinence.
