摘要
目的 建立用涂碳式聚氯乙烯膜盐酸苯海拉明电极测定盐酸苯海拉明片含量的方法。方法 利用该电极对盐酸苯海拉明的响应 ,测定盐酸苯海拉明片含量。结果 平均回收率为 99 6 % ,RSD为 1 87%响应范围为1 0× 10 2 ～ 2 4× 10 5mol/L ,检测限为 1 6× 10 5mol/L。结论 涂碳式聚氯乙烯膜电极法可简便、快速、准确地检测片剂中盐酸苯海拉明的含量。
Objective To establish an accurate method to determine diphenhydramine hydrochloride by coated carbon PVC membrane selective electrode. Methods The electrode showed Nernst response for diphenhydramine.Diphenhydramine can be quantitatively determined. Results The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD=1.87%.The Nernst response range is 1.0×10 -2～2.4×10 -5mol/L,the detection limit is 1.6×10 -5mol/L. Conclusion The method can be used to determine the concentration of diphenhydramine in tablet simply,rapidly and accurately.
