摘要
目的 研究淋菌性和非淋菌性宫颈炎合并盆腔炎的有效治疗方法。方法 对 42例确诊为淋菌性、非淋菌性宫颈炎合并盆腔炎患者 ,采用氧氟沙星、替硝唑和阿奇霉素治疗 ,配合局部应用VLH D多功能盆腔治疗仪治疗。观察治疗前后患者症状、体征及病原体的检测。结果 总有效率 88.1%。结论 氧氟沙星、替硝唑、阿奇霉素联合应用可有效清除病原体 ;配以盆腔治疗仪治疗 ,可有效提高药物在盆腔的有效浓度 ,消除局部症状 。
Objective To study the effective methods in the treatment of gonococcal or non gonococcal cervicitis incorporated with pelvic inflammation.Methods 42 patients who were diagnosed gonococcal or non gonococcal cervicitis incorporated with pelvic inflammation were enrolled.They all received ofloxatcin tinidazole,azithromycin and the treatment of VLH D multifunctional theraprutic equipment of pelvic.Outcomes were assessed by observing the improvement of patients' symptoms,signs and lab findings of pathogeny after the therapy.Results Total effective rate was 88.1%.Conclusion The combined use of ofloxatcin,tinidazole and azithromycin could eliminate the pathogeny efficiently.And the effect can be enhanced by the assistant treatment of VLH D multifunctional theraprutic equipment of pelvic,which could raise the effective drug concentration in pelvic and improve local symptoms and signs.
