摘要
本文对海鳗进行了干露,温度、盐度,PH 值,溶解氧变化的耐受性试验,测定了海鳗的耗氧率,研究了不同个体的海鳗耗氧率的差异,群体与个体耗氧率比较,耗氧率与水温、盐度的关系,耗氧率的昼夜变化,以供暂养和活体运输时参用。
To meet the needs of keeping Daggertooth pike-conger M.cinereus under transient conditions for purposes of exportation,the authors conduted experiments on the adaptation tolerance of Daggertooth pike-conger to dryness and changes in temperature,salinity,PH value and amount of dissolved oxygen.The rate of oxygen consumption was determined,and studies were made on differences in oxygen consumption rate among individuals and between the population a whole and individuals,as well as correlations between oxygen consumption and water temperature and salinity,and diurnal variations in the rate of oxygen consumption.The data provided may serve as a useful reference in the transient keeping and transportation of Daggertooth pike-conger.
