摘要
本文有两部分内容:一、阐述节能型热镀锌电阻炉的设计结构特点及其热平衡计算方法,最终得出所需功率并合理地选用电阻发热元件;二、指出筑炉的基本技术要求和具体的砌筑方法,以及在砌筑过程中应注意的事项。
The design Characteristics and the calculation of the heat balance of the power conservative type hot zinc plating electric resistance furnace under investigation are described, and the required power of the furnace thus obtained and the optimal selection of the resistance element are also introduced. Finally the basic technological requirements, the detailed constructing procedure and cautions during construction are given.
