摘要
介绍了最新开发研制的WXJ 45往复式销钉螺杆挤出机的结构原理 ,阐述了设计的若干技术难点 ,用CAD/CAE技术对挤压系统进行了动态模拟 ,检验了理论模型和设计参数的正确性 。
s The structure theory of the new developed WXJ 45 reciprocating screw extruder is introduced in this paper,the key problems in design are discussed.The dynamic simulation of the extrusion system was performed,the correctness of the theory model and design parameter were examined.The dynamic simulation software developed by us is valuable for the seriation development of the extruder.
