摘要
目的:解决青霉素生产过程中油耗高,导致成本偏高的问题。方法:对消沫剂的毒性、耐高温灭菌进行了摇瓶实验;然后对其消沫效果进行验证;最后通过实际生产进一步验证。结果表明:适量新型硅类消沫剂无毒、耐高温灭菌;其与豆油及水以1:1.5:3比例混合使用时消沫效果最佳,不但能提高发酵单位,而且还能进一步降低成本,使经济效益显著提高。结论:新型硅类消沫剂是青霉素发酵生产中较理想的消沫剂,可以推广使用。
Solved oil exhausing highly in producing penicillin that caused cost a little high. Methods: We took shaking culture condition to investigate eliminating foam reagent contemina- tion, that endured high temperature sterilizing and confirmed effect of eliminating foam from reali- ty. The results showed that: suitable new sicon eliminating foam reagent could endure high tem- perature sterilizing without contemination. It could improve the productivity of fermentation as well as decreased the cost that mixed the reagent, oil and water in proportion to 1: 1.5: 3. Conclusion: the new sicon eliminating foam reagent was more satisfied in producing penicillin.
