摘要
本品为茜草科植物栀子Gardenia jasminoides Ellis的干燥成熟果实。具有泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉血解毒之功效,在中成药制剂的处方中,栀子的使用频率较高。本工作以栀子药材为研究对象,以其主要成分栀子甙为考察指标,采用正交实验设计方法对栀子提取工艺进行系统研究,为优选最佳工艺条件提供实验依据。
This is the dried mature fruit of Gardenia. It can evacuant, Calm fret, diuresis, cool blood and detoxication. In the Chinese traditional medicine recipe, Gardenia often is taken. This experiment take Gardenia medical materials as study object. Adopt main cross experiment method to study the extraction Gardenia techniology and give gist for the best technical Conditions.
