摘要
目的 :为观察庆大霉素鼓室内注射中止顽固性梅尼埃病例的疗效。方法 :对 2 6例顽固性梅尼埃病的病例 ,以 3 0mg庆大霉素自患耳注入鼓室 ,1次 /w。结果 :有 6例患者 (2 3 .1% )注射一次后眩晕症状明显好转 ;连续注射 3次后 2 2例患者眩晕症状消失 ;仅有 3例 (11.5 % )经 6次注射后眩晕症状无明显改善。有 5例 (19% )的患者出现听力下降。结论
Objective:To study the effect of gentamycin injection in tympanic cavity to cure obstinated Meniere's disease. Methods:There were 26 patients with obstinate Meniere's disease and 30mg gentamycin was given into each tympanic cavity through the sick ear once a week.Results:6 patients' vertigo was obviously improved with one injection (23.1%). 22 patients' vertigo was dismissed with three successive injectives.Only 3 patients' symptoms weren't obviously improved with six injections (11.5%). 5 patients' hearing was decreased(19%). Conclusions:The result suggests that the method is a safe, effective technique to terminate the obstinate Menere's disease.
