摘要
目的 探讨复发性翼状胬肉手术的新方法。方法 对 17例 (18只眼 )复发性翼状胬肉 ,先在其角膜上、下缘作带有角膜缘干细胞的结膜角膜瓣 ,再移植到切除胬肉的巩膜创面上 ,缝合固定。结果 术后局部反应轻微 ,刺激症状小 ,随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,无一例复发。
Objective To explore a new therapeutical method for recurrent pterygium excision.Methods Conjunctivacorneal-flap with limbal stem cells was made superior and inferior corneal limbal,transplanted to the excised bare sclera,then sutured and fixed.Results The operated local reaction and excitant syndrome were slight.Follow-up 6 to 24 months,no pterygium recurred.Conclusion Pterygium excision combining sliding conjunctival and limbal epithelial transplanted is and effective and safe therapeutical method for recurrent pterygium.
